At Big Bear’s RV Park, we offer a peaceful retreat surrounded by the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. Whether you prefer the convenience of pull-thru sites, the comfort of standard back-in spots, or the soothing sounds of our scenic creekside sites, we’ve got the perfect space for you to unwind.
We’re proud to be a pet-friendly park—because adventures are better with your furry companions! Each site allows up to two dogs, with flexibility for small breeds upon request. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we ask that pets remain leashed (6 feet max) and attended to at all times.

OFF-CREEK SITES YEAR-ROUND
CREEKSIDE SITES DURING THE OFF-SEASON.
MONTHLY RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE OVER THE PHONE.

GENERAL INFO
ALL RV SITE RATES INCLUDE 30/50 AMP ELECTRIC, WATER, WIFI AND SEWER.
RV SITE RATES ARE BASED ON 4 PEOPLE WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE BEING CHARGED OVER THAT AMOUNT. THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE ALLOWED PER SITE.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE SPECIFIC SITE NUMBER YOU WILL BE STAYING ON PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL IN ORDER TO GROUP CAMPERS OR MAXIMIZE RENTALS. YOU WILL BE MOVED TO A COMPARABLE OR BETTER SITE. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RESERVATION SITE NUMBER PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
